My post the other day about foaming milk for espresso-based drinks at home using an Aerolatte whisk which was prompted by a reader's email finally lead me to take the plunge and make my first video. It's kind of a cringe to see and hear myself "in the movies" but I understand how seeing a demonstration for some people is a lot more useful than reading about what to do.
